Site Up Time

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.

This Website may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible we will try to give our visitors advance warning of maintenance issues but shall not be obliged to do so.

Prices and Payments

All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds. They are inclusive of VAT.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order.
If we are not able to supply the goods you have ordered we will supplement alternatives on a like for like basis or refund this part of the value of the sale only. In any event we will contact you first.


You must inform us of any damage or shortages within 24hrs of receipt. Any damage to packaging must be noted on the delivery documentation for a claim to be valid. Delivery Times are estimates only and we will only consider claims for lost items after a period of 21 days (unless stated). We will try to make sure you are contacted if we are not able to dispatch in time to achieve this timescale.
The goods remain the property of Grow2Bloom Wholesale Hub Ltd until we have received payment in full.

Returns and refunds

You are protected by Distance Selling regulations. These regulations apply to UK “distance sales” (e.g. an internet or phone order that is sent through the post to the end user) and allows you to return goods (at your cost) within the period of 14 days of the sale date once you have contacted us you then have an additional 14 days from the date you informed us until the goods need to arrive back and get a full refund for the goods you purchased, provided they are in there original undamaged packaging and the item has not been used or assembled in any way. As soon as you use the goods, these regulations cease to apply unless the goods are defective (within their warranty terms), damaged in transit (notified within 24hrs) or not as described.

Oceana Bonsai shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason under these Terms, Oceana Bonsai only obligation is to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any alleged defect shall be notified by the Customer to Oceana Bonsai within 7 days of the delivery of the Goods or Services or in the case of any defect which is not reasonably apparent on inspection in 2 days of the defect coming to the Customers attention. Any claim under this condition must be in writing and must contain full details of the claim including the reference numbers of any allegedly defective Goods or Services.

Oceana Bonsai shall be afforded reasonable opportunity and facilities to investigate any claims made under this condition and the Customer shall if so requested in writing by Oceana Bonsai promptly return any Goods or Services the subject of any claim and any packing materials securely packed and paid to Oceana Bonsai for examination.

Once a grow tent has been taken out of its box we are unable to refund or exchange the item.
